Yah, that's what I thought too, but apparently at 
the time it wasnt really a good thing to announce 
a sale..  See, cel collectors are very 
competitive, so if someone announces a sale or 
update, they think their chances of getting the 
cels they want are cut in fractions.  It really 
doesnt matter tho, because everyone and their dog 
who collects cels will know anyways, or hear from 
friends ^_^.
