Nah...
give the discounts to those people who have
already gone through years of schooling and
have to toil everyday to support themselves.
Think of it as a motivation for students to
hurry up and complete their education...not
only will you have more money to spend on
cels, but a discount to boot.  Can call the
program "Discounts for Diplomas" or something.

p.s.  please make this retroactive for the last
month or so since I've spent too much recently.
I'll expect my refund checks in the mail soon ;)
