They're using wallpapers created by fans and
making money from it!

That would be like me copying anime from 
Japan putting subs on it and then SELL them on 
eBay as a VCD... oh wait, someone is already 
doing that. (Mostly from Hong Kong)

What if someone started grabbing images of 
anime characters and make them into 
cheap mouse pads and then... oh someone 
already did.

Well, what if... oh never mind. :P
