Ok, I decided to give my postmaster a call since 
it'd bug me too much ;)

She said she had not heard *anything* about it, 
but she was going to place an inquiry in to the 
retail division for me and get a definite 
answer. So I should know by tomorrow afternoon 
when I'm done delivering my route - and when I 
get home I'll post what she says.

Honestly, both of us really doubt it since it 
doesn't make any sense. Most companies in Japan 
don't accept credit card payments and there's no 
way I'd send cash through the mail. I mean, one 
of my recent purchases was 1000.00 ... you'd 
have to be insane to send that through the mail, 
even if was sent registered mail, which is the 
safest method of mailing something from here in 
the USA.

Hmm. Anyway.. will post the results tomorrow if 
I don't hear back from her today.
