I once purchased this absolutely stunning fan 
cel.............then I got it.  The scan was soo 
cleaned up. Perhaps they listed the original 
work they copied it from? I've seen some 
wonderful fan work on this site and I'm sure 
they are honest folks with high quality art 
work!!!  I have honestly been tempted, but this 
person put me off fan cels forever.  People are 
just sometimes inconsiderate.  (And I'm being 
as forgiving as possible I really want to 
scream)  All we can do is love the cels we 
have and keep them safe!  Plus a little Voodoo 
never hurt ^_^
