I'm trying to stay very calm and rational about 
this, but I'm more than just a little ticked.  
It took you a month - a MONTH - to initially 
pay.  That in itself should have been a 
warning.  But you paid.  Fine.  So I sent the 
cel. 

Three weeks later, paypal pulls the funds from 
me.  I don't care what the reason is - that is 
not the point.  Since I did not have the balance 
in my paypal account, it got pulled directly 
from my bank account.  Do you have ANY idea what 
that meant?  It meant that my account was less 
$300.00 than I had expected.  Guess what?!?!  I 
was counting on that money to pay bills - that 
being the whole point of selling the cel.  How 
does this all translate?  It means that a check 
bounced - a check for my $2000 mortgage.  Do you 
understand what it's like to bounce a $2000 
check?  

When I contacted you, I got plenty of promises 
that you would send payment in the form of a 
Money Order.  And of course, this went on for 
several weeks.  I think that my favorite excuse 
is that somehow, the address that I've used with 
paypal for several years is wrong and that the 
payment got returned.  Then, I heard nothing for 
a month.  Not a peep.

I was forced to open my gallery to offers to try 
to generate some funds.  And at this point, I 
really should thank all of you out there who 
helped with both funds and support - you are 
true gems.

Anyhow, I did not hear from you again.  Not 
ONCE.  And I have still not heard from you.  
Apparently, it's your roomates who are in charge 
of dealing with issues.  That is who I have just 
recently heard from.  Supposedly, I'm going to 
get the cel back.  We'll see.

Here are some easy solutions to your myriad of 
problems - 

1. I'm not even going to get into Ebay and 
filing with their Fraud Department.

2. Get a new email address on another host.

3. I did not leave feedback for you at all, 
since it is my mother's account.  I do not want 
your retaliatory negative affecting her.  She 
has nothing to do with this - which is, in 
truth, my own fault for trying to build up that 
ID.

4. Report your Post Office if you have so many 
issues.  They are resonsible for their actions, 
just as the rest of us are.

5. I think I covered this one enough.

And I don't know what point you were trying to 
make with 6.  

So all of you out there can make of this what 
you want.  But I'm tired of this whole mess.  I 
will not deal with you again.  I'm done.  Period.
