Well, I guess this is the only way to defend 
myself in the matter eh?
 I guess you should all know the situation with 
the whole 'warning' about me.

One: I dont have time to scam people out of money 
or steal acetate and paint...if you think That I 
owe you a cel or money or whatever the case may 
be let me know. And, think of this... im trying 
to scam people yet I give my phone number and 
other personal info....which can also be obtained 
by ebay mind you. I guess I should win thief of 
the year award!! And if I was Stealing.. Ebay 
would prosecute me so fast it would make your 
head spin.


Two: AOL Sucks ASS!! So if you have sent me a 
complaint or whatever I may not have gotten it...
(spam or otherwise because i check that as well)
Yeah aol is a permanent email problem, and there 
are periods where you wont even GET mail

 
As for the post above linda....I didn't hear back 
about the cel and I thought you had decided not 
to sell it anymore and unfortunately for me the 
deadline passed, and I didn't read in the listing 
about the negs  sorry.

Three: Look at the feedback ratings...Over 100 
happy customers...Obviously, I HAVE been sending 
Items out to people and paying them in return.... 
And people HAVE NOT been getting them...like 
myself. Look at my feedback slope....the holidays 
come around and then 'payment was slow/late' 
As for Jenn's situation I even agreed to give her 
extra money for her troubles and time. In truth I 
wanted to cel and sent the money back!! But she 
never got it 

Four:For everyone who bid on my auctions...You 
got a warning in the listings that shipping would 
be slow during the holidays and That insurance 
MUST be placed if you wanted to Use the post 
office. And if the insurance wasn't placed then I 
paid for it out of pocket. 
And the holiday MESS usually clears up around 
march over here
No, Its NOT, BS I just got 3 cels that I bid on 
in feburary...and have filed Numerous claims 
because they were damaged or not arriving at all.
And Yes this has been reported to the post master 
general, NUMEROUS times but nothing has been 
done. Right now my complex and myself have been 
calling 311 daily.
My solution to the problem...whenever I go to 
Manhattan I can send packages and payments 
(around once a week if lucky). But I guess I have 
to do that while working 2 jobs.
and im SURE there are plenty of you who do it 
here to support your hobby. 

Five: Now about a REAL SCAMMER: Jenns paypal 
situation. Got a payment for an item An EXPENSIVE 
3 THOUSAND DOLLAR ITEM! through paypal, not 
knowing about a current scam thats running on 
ebay and paypal. I got paid and in turned paid 
jenn for the cel and a few other cels...(god 
bless her patience) the person got my 3 THOUSAND 
DOLLAR item and paypal did a reversal, stating 
that the Credit card was stolen, But my item was 
recieved!! (delivered at 7:34 AM in singapore. he 
even emailed me to say he got it!!)...which in 
turned forced jenn the $311 reversal on HER 
account and all others who were paid!.  And even 
though Im a WELL known member of Paypal (going on 
3 years), I am supposed to get some security 
right? WRONG! I got screwed and even though I 
have shown evidence (shipping labels and a 
subpoena) from my local law enforcement they will 
not release that persons info so I can prosecute 
(And No the DA wont take the case) So Now im 
screwed AGAIN! And dishing out Double to pay the 
people who were reversed.
And i guess this is a MAJOR factor as to why so 
many of you Do not use paypal.

Six: I slowed down my cel buying until the 
shipping situation worked itself out. I was 
willing to pay the extra amount to have it 
shipped safely to my home and vice versa. I Used 
UPS since they were the only people who would 
ship artwork worth their true value and fedex 
didnt (1.800.463.3339. Ask them yourselves.) and 
Yes i tell them what im shipping because I want 
them to take care of it.

And one more example.. I bid and won a cel on 
ebay ohh... about 2, 3 months ago.. of kilie from 
ai no kusabi... I CANNOT get in touch with the 
person and I DONT have my cel...(sigra) Its 
probably in postal Limbo.

But, now that you know the whole story,
send your flames, comments or whatever to me.
I dont know if i'll get all of them as im sure 
some people have a lot to say and it will most 
likely be posted here anyway.
