As everyone else said, it's probably the klez 
virus.

However, it's worth pointing out that many 
virus/spam filters have a tendency to frequently 
flag harmless Japanese emails as viruses.  My 
ISP's email filter is so severe that I've been 
forced to use a Hotmail account instead to 
correspond with people in Japan.
