There is nothing strange : It's one of those virus 
that email itself to the addresses it find on an 
infected computer. Only differance is that the 
title of the mail and/or content is also based on 
text/files it find on the computer. That often 
include part of html pages found in the cash of 
the web browser. It has nothing to do with web 
servers.
