I received one today too.  The email subject was 
Hime, Mononoke Princess.  It was 124k large.  
Unless I know the sender, and am expecting a large 
file, I don't open any email over about 7k.

What is odd is that it was sent to an old email 
address that I use mainly for eBay and PayPal, not 
the address on my website or the one I use here 
and in other forums.  I suspect it's from an email 
list one can purchase, since most garbage mail 
(HGH, debt reduction, mortgage and other junk 
topics) goes to that email address.
