The main Wells Fargo branch here in AZ is the 
ONLY place to go to get foreigh currency!  They 
have everything, and there is no fee.

At least this is how it was last time I bought 
foreign currency... which was about 4 months ago, 
so I suppose things could have changed since then.

Sorry to hear you had trouble!  That is never any 
fun.  :-(  But thanks for the heads up.
