Well if you are buying something in Japan the 
cheepest way (IMHO :) is to go to the PO and but 
an international postal money order. It's like 
$3.25 (or $3.95) and safer than sending cash in 
the mail. All of the cel dealers in Japan that I 
deal with take them and if they get lost on the 
mail then you can get your $$$ back! :)
