Well, BoA doesn't do exchange here unless you 
have a checking account with them :( 

I go to local coin place and they do it for 
free.  If they are out of yen, then I go to 
American Express Travel and they will do however 
much you need for a $5 service fee.  I think $5 
is OK.  I've heard of places that charge on a 
percentage, which I think is insane. Plus, if 
you're paying $45 for yen exchange, it's prolly 
cheaper to use a deputy.
