I received a lot of almost 50-60 cels + well over
100 sketches/dougas, backgrounds, time sheets, etc
(for a VERY cheap rpice!!!).
Only problem is there are a few cels where the
drawings are COMPLETELY stuck tot he paint.  What
would be my best hope of removing the sketches and
how can I go about doing this with minimal-no
damage?  I have removed a sketch from a cel before
with leaving paper residue on the paint from the
sketch.  Would that devalue the cel?  Just
wondering.  Thanks for the advice.
