If I had sold you something, I wouldn't mind if 
you used my scan. Actually, when I sold a couple 
cels on Ebay once, the high bidder told me they 
didn't have a scanner and asked if I'd make a 
really nice, unmarked scan of their new cel for 
them as well. Of course, I didn't mind in the 
slightest. ^_^
