I see no problem with it.  I do the same thing 
from time to time, especially if the cel is 
oversized.  My scanner/software doesn't do a good 
job with piecing together cels.  Plus, some scans 
are just *so* much better than what I can come up 
with.  No one has cared so far.  Plus, you own 
the cel, why does anyone else need the pic?

Besides, why do the work twice?
