Hi guys,

Need a little help so a couple questions.  Well
all time dream cel rank number two has come up for
me.  Even comes with the background. I will
without a doubt go all out and insane over bidding
on this one.  (I'm glad I've trimmed my collection
and lost quite a few auctions now)  Unfortunately
the cel has been damaged.  (At least according to
the picture and description)

Question 1.  Help with the Yahoo Japan Translation

Cel is noted to be damaged in the left side and
can be verified in the picture.  Can anyone do
better than the web translators?  The ones I run
through say "broken."  Does this imply tear or
(wishfully thinking) bent?  Won't affect my
bidding but would be nice to know.   

Question 2.  Repairing damage to cels

In the event of a tear.  Is there any way to
repair the damage?  I frame my cels now so how
best to avoid further damage if unrepairable?

Any info you guys could provide would be of great
help.  Thanks in advance!
