...has anyone thought it was kinda silly that 
this character was romanized as "Belldandy" when 
it's obvious that she's supposed to 
be "Verdandi" from Norse mythology. heehee, sure 
the Japanese wouldn't pronounce the "v" like we 
would, but... geesh...  I always got a laugh out 
of that one.  ^^;;;  

The other two goddesses are from Norse mythology 
as well:  

Urd was the Norn of the past.
Verdandi was the Norn of the present.
Skuld was the Norn of the future.
The Norns were three sisters responsible for the 
destiny of individuals and gods.

Now, I'm not an expert on the unique story of 
AMS, but I would assume that it would be 
somewhat related to the meanings behind their 
names...right?  lol  I always liked looking into 
mythology and stuff, to see how people use 
mythology to shape and create characters in a 
story.  So, any comments or anything you can 
shed about this topic?  Sorry, it's a bit off 
from your desire to sell these very beautiful 
cels, bakajyanai.  =)  I'm bored.
