From my experience, I've only been scammed once 
on a cel trade (two years ago), but got it fixed 
with my wit, luckily, I don't know how... ._.;

The way I see it, is that most known cel-
collectors come here.  Not all, of course, but we 
all buy and sell to each other on here, and we 
have that trust between each other.

Like me, I've bought from jINx, sovereign, 
msmystique, yann, and more.

If you are worried about being possibly 
scammed... perhaps ask people here about the 
seller?  Just let him/her know that it's not that 
you don't TRUST them, but that you're new to 
collecting, and don't know many people yet.
