If I was to invest in cels from my own childhood,
I'd have to be a lot richer than I am.  *grin* 
Sadly, most of the cels from that era don't exist
any more, since it was during the great "wash the
acetate and reuse" period in Western animation
history.  And those that did survive are either
prohibitively expensive, or from shows so awful I
wouldn't even watch 'em then.  *shudders* 
Fortunately, by the time I hit college, anime was
starting to catch on here in the States, so at
least I have a hope of nabbing something nice from
one of those shows someday.

As for 80's cels, though, I do have a few
favorites.  Here's one of my all-time favorite
