I got mine from van eaton galleries, and they 
still have one on their site available for sale! 
I highly reccomend cels from this commercial, as 
the lines are entirely hand inked and the wings 
have been drawn and painted in almost like a 
background. The cels are very oversized, too. 
They're really extremely well made, the 
commercial must have cost a fortune!

PS: That Peachy cel is adorable! I wonder if it's 
from the commercial for the Pony Parlour? I 
remember having a Peachy pony and her little cat 
friend. Those lines look all hand inked too! Now 
I'll have to stalk ebay for such a cel as well :)
