There are rules for instructors as well as
students. Misconduct on a professional level
(teaching) can often be dealt with. Most colleges
have review boards for student welfare/etc. My
freshman year we had a rath noxious literature
instructor, answering questions correctly in his
class was as bad as getting them wrong. Anyrate,
he kind of disappeared, college replaced him
after 2 weeks.
If your problem is on a highschool level, you
might have more problems getting the instructor
replaced. At any rate, once you get to college,
the first thing you usually get is the forget
what you've been told about art speech. Also,
your work should speak for you rather, better
than the instructor, art is communication.
As for stress and other issues, put em to use.
Emotion is useful. I have no cels of disgust but
I have a few items from this summer posted at the
link above, most of which won't be in my
portfolio ever. |
