they SOMETIMES take upto a month to pay, i know 
from experiences with dealing with them. i know 
a seller who blocked thier id because they are 
so slow. just trying to ease chibiusa98 mind by 
letting her know what could be happening, 
because it has happened in the past and cel 
hazard is not slow shipping.
 i am not trying to upset people or cause any 
offence, i am just trying to let chibiusa98 know 
that this is what could be happening and it 
isn't a problem on cel hazards part, sometime 
celga blames seller when it is a problem on 
thier part.
i hope you get your cel soon and in time for
