If anyone took up to a month to pay for a YJ
auction, they'd be swimming in so much negative
feedback that you'd need a tugboat to drag 'em
out.  Yahoo Japan sellers expect their payment
FAST, and they're equally fast to express their
displeasure if it isn't forthcoming.

While it may be taking a while to get your cels, I
can at least assure you that it isn't because your
deputy service takes a month to pay sellers. 
*grin*  If they did, they wouldn't have a YJ
account any more.  :)
