if you are using celga, sometimes they can take 
upto a month to pay for the auction, combine 
that with christmas season and your cels will 
arrive very slow. if you are not using celga, 
most likely its seasonal mail slow down. 

I won a cel from them three weeks ago and it 
arrived last week, shipping time within japan is 
almost doubled. hope that helped.
