Yeah, there was some heavy editing.  But they went 
the extra mile and tried digital methods rather 
than a straight slice-and-dice.  So some violence 
was left, sans blood.  And nudie scenes with 
important dialogue (like the many onsen scenes) 
were kept but with bathing suits added after the 
fact.  Worked decently well.  :-)
