I ordered a cel from them & had to report them 
to paypal before i eventually got my cel. They 
were banned from paypal & i suspect that i 
wasn't the only one that complained. They might 
since have gotten a new account.

On another note. Not all french dealers are 
bad.  Me & friends have found snorgleux to be 
reliable.
