I have bought from them before, however, I keep 
hearing ugly things, and I experience them myself.

I've ordered a cel, value $69. I have 2 more days 
left to send the payment. I know they don't take 
down cels they've sold unless they're really 
bored with nothing else to do. My Nuriko/Miaka 
cel is STILL available for sale, according to 
their page. DAMN. So the cel I ordered may be 
sold. It's likely to be. 
I asked them about that. No reply. I phoned them 
about that many times. "I think they're sold, 
I'll check and call you back, ok?". Never called 
me back.
Now I'm not sending the payment until I know the 
cel is available.
Why do ALL French dealers I've come across do 
this, I mean, why do they all provide poor 
communication?

I'd appreciate all info and experiences everyone 
has on them!
