It is as possible for bad communication in ANY case, this means 
the burden is on the consumer to word requests simply (really, 
deputy requests are not complicated...) - he may be as fluent as 
Sato, does that stop Sato-users from doing business with him? 
Hardly; Sato's business ethic is exceptional, so we deal with 
a little interesting and amusing language (^^;). Your 
English is nowhere near perfect; does this stop you from 
dealing with other people in English? Hmm, I doubt it, and you 
know it... ;)

And, I know it's a "he" from my own contacts, 
so rest assured that he is male, assuming sex is so important.
