Re: 1 and 2, I just found out that the dep decided to rework his 
site a bit and iron out other connections, so that may take a 
while. i.e., HOLD OFF for a little while until it settles down. 
Please note that he's NOT completely fluent in English. 


And, I have new information concerning his connections, 
so I wouldn't worry at all that he doesn't know how to handle 
cels (sorry, can't say more than that). By the way, concerning 
3- that's silly! Of course no one has used this service yet, it's 
BRAND NEW. Difficult logic, ne? I'm always up for new deputies 
that will sharpen service competition and keep rates down, 
have tried more deps than most people so I can compare more 
objectively (btw, for those of you who I *know* are wondering, 
I have no direct connection with this guy and he won't be 
playing favorites). 

Let's not fall into a C---- "don't try a 
new deputy, or we won't like you!" mentality (right, K?). ;) 
Service competition is great for consumers. I'll keep the 
board posted if anything new crops up, otherwise, happy cel 
collecting.
