Because:
1, their site wasn't completely built
   (If they are going to start business, they'd
    better make a proper out-looking first, let
    their customers-to-be feel they are well 
    prepared, have confidence  with their 
    services, thought it will be comfortable
    to do business with them...)

2, there's no information of who they are from
   (I mean, at least they should drop down either
    a phone number or a address for side contact,
    apart from just e-mails)

3, I rarely heard people using their services.
  So I think it's better to stick with main stream
