Maybe it's difficult and expensive to order 
there, but in the past I always got what I paid 
for, as long as the cels were available (they 
told me this).
But I think especially the Sailor Moon pages are 
very, very old, because I just saw a cel that was 
not available one or two years ago when I was 
asking for ^^
