I was browsing through Mangaya *ready to finally 
buy a cel(s)!*DIES I'VE WAITED FOREVER FOR THIS 
MOMENT!! Well, actually I've been to Mangaya a 
couple times in the past 3-4 years and each time 
it appears they have the same cels in their 
sailormoon section!Do they just not ever make a 
sale or do they sell the cels and keep them on 
their page?? I'm interested in buying this 
Serenity cel they have, but not if it's already 
been sold...*obviously*, I don't want to be 
cheated out of my money...can anyone help???
