In my experience, it takes forever to order from
Mangaya and forever to get your cels once you do
send your payment. I'm not sure why. But (again
from my experince) I have always eventually
gotten the cels I successfully ordered.
However the site is rarely updated. Cels which
have been in my possession for going on a year or
more now are not only still on the site, they're
not even marked as "on hold" or "sold". Several
other cels I know to be in other people's
collections are also still on the site, unmarked.
So I hate to say it, but the cel you're looking
at might be sold if it's been there a long time.
But if you really like it, try ordering it. But
since answers to e-mails are rare, every time I
deal with Mangaya, I pray that won't be the time
something goes wrong. . . Make sure to use
methods of payment you can check from *your* end
to know if they've arrived -- USPS IPMOs only
(since you can check if it's been cashed) and
registered mail (since you can check if it's been
delivered). I think the USPS even offers Delivery
Confirmation for Global Priority mail now, if you
want to mail it by a cheaper method.
