It happens, and I can sometimes feel more upset 
over losing one than winning ten. :o) There's one 
in particular that I lost in the past that I 
still remember down to the sequence number. ;o)

However, after losing enough lovely things, it's 
helped encourage me to be more antlike in my 
collecting habits-- being able to save up for one 
nice cel and have money to spare, rather than 
frittering it away on a handful of mediocre 
shots. Likewise, I've often discovered that just 
because I lose one, it means I have that much 
extra fundage to apply to others that haven't hit 
the market yet, but I'd be otherwise broke for if 
I hadn't lost on the first one.

So there's often a silver lining-- bide your time
