I unfortunatly have had to deal with insurance 
claims a few times.  Here are some things I've 
learned.

1) You are the one who has to file the insurance 
claim.  You need to have the seller mail you the 
insurance slip, the PO reciept if they can, and a 
reciept for your purchase as prrof of value.

2) Both times I filed a claim I had to give them 
the cel, but the second time I had it sent back 
to me with the check for the insurance claim.  It 
seems to vary from office to office, so ask thier 
policy.
