I have had antique items appraised before via the
e-mail with just e-mailing the appraiser pictures
of the item.  So that should be just fine.  Or
better yet, why don't you ask them to E-MAIL you
the appraisal and you can use that for your
records.  Now, make note that it would have to be
a cel dealer like let's say animechaos, Asylum
Anime, etc.  One that has a store front.  That
should work out just fine.
