Hmm, Im not sure what to tell you about finding 
an appraiser.  I know a place in Cali who can do 
it, but you'd have to mail it :\.  I too had an 
interesting thing happen today at the post.  I 
mailed out a cel with the normal packing..Taro 
board, priority box flattened inside of another 
priorbox.  She then told me that in order to be 
able to claim insurance on a damaged item, that 
it had to have 2 icnhes of padding.  She almost 
didnt let me insure it til I threw a fit in the 
office...  Is it just down here, or has anyone 
else noticed that there's only about 1-2 
employees at each post office now?  Grife...
