I'd say he looks more than a little pissed off at 
what she did.  I'm sorry you have to deal with 
that.  How frustrating!  You have all my 
sympathies.  But I agree that if you offer to pay 
for the listing fees, maybe the seller will be 
more amenable to relisting the cel.  I probably 
would be if I were the seller.
