I think there are more "good cels" out there 
right now than ever in some series, because 
people are letting go of prized posessions to pay 
the rent. and as far as YJ is concerned, there 
are more dream-quality cels from some shows than 
ever. for example, all the sailormoon collectors 
have been seeing a huge glut of primo cels, 
despite the fact that this doesn't go well with a 
poor economy and a tight wallet. my collection 
personally has upgraded bigtime in just the past 
two months alone for several shows.
