Just kidding!  Although I do wish.  I think since
the economy is down lately, not too many people
are willing to pay for high end cels and so
dealers do not list them.  Also, the "junk cels"
(as you refer to them as) are a lot more
affordable for people and the chances of them
buying those RIGHT NOW are much greater since they
don't want to spend a big chunk on one cel.  Also,
since CN has been introducing many new series on
TV, a lot of those Anime have become popular and
whenever they are popular, there is a higher
demand for cels and what better time is there to
get a good price off of your cheaper cels, eh??  
I have seen a lot of cheaper cels being listed
everywhere, but I have also found some good ones.
So I cannot complain.  :o)
