Hi all,

 I don't know if anybody else has noticed this or 
not but over the last month or so all the new 
cels I have seen are just junk. I can usually 
find at least one good cel when I look through 
all the pages on Yahoo Japan but recently....Man, 
there just ain't nothing there. I have even 
noticed the lack of good cels with the online 
dealers. What's going on? Any thoughts?
