You can bid on your own and do not have to ask
anyone to bid for you.  I must admit that I didn't
like using Rinkya because their rates were much
higher than Celga, but lately they have beening
having Cel Sales.  So the rates are much cheaper
for higher end cels (40000+) or lower cles (under
10000).
