Well, I'm sure there's lots of people that can, 
but whether or not the seller will allow a bid 
from someone outside of Japan is another issue.  
Has the auction you're talking about already 
finished?  Some sellers will often times let 
someone from overseas bid on their items if they 
feel that they don't have to correspond in 
English; but on the other hand, even if you show 
them that you do have at least some 
understanding of Japanese, they still won't let 
you bid on stuff.  Not sure why that is...but 
whatever.  That's their choice.  Email me if 
you'd like.  You could type up something basic 
about what you wanna say and I can try and 
translate it for you; then you can actually send 
it to the seller yourself.  Just an idea.  ^^;;
