This cel first went on sale at Anime Time back in 
the summer of 2000, along with 6 or 7 other 
Treize cels. I nabbed the last cel on the page 
for a measly sum, but kept going back to the page 
for days to mourn this beauty.

A few months later, I ended up becoming friends 
with the owner, and discovering where he'd gotten 
to, in the process. While I still coveted him, 
there was no way I was going to pester my friend 
with offers of any kind. I would just worship 
from afar.

Last fall, mere days after landing the one other 
majorly lustful dream cel I had in mind (Bradley, 
natch), I was asked to make an offer on Treize. I 
made it, she accepted, and the very, very end of 
December of 2002, 2.5 years later, he showed up 
at my door step.

Patience is indeed a virtue ... at least, when it 
comes to cels of this particular seiyuu's 
characters. ^_~
