Like I said, this is Sylvie from the Bubblegum Crisis OVA...cels of her are few and far between, and the ones I've seen were VERY pricey. I got this one for a half-decent price ($150 -- Yann would ask $300 for it easy, I'm sure), and no it's not for sale =D
