I know it's bad form, but I just got it so all I 
have is the seller's scan to show you. 

I've only ever seen one other Mephisto cel, so 
they must be quite rare. He isn't in that many 
scenes of Demon City Shinjuku. But this scene 
where he fights the acid-tongued demon is 
probably one of the best in anime. I never 
thought I would find a cel of him at all, let 
alone such a nice one. I'm beaming right now :)
