LITTLE NEMO.
That movie was like crack candy for me and when i 
got into collecting is was one of the first 
things i looked for.  It took me awhile and a lot 
of emails to find one.

I've only seen one cel of her, since collecting 
so i figure it is pretty rare.  I know that when 
some studies have big flop movies, "and like most 
movies that didn't have the disney name to them" 
this one was a BIG FLOP in the box office, i 
believe that to make ends meet and save a little 
cash they decided to resell the cel materials by 
wiping them clean like people did with the 
original transformers cels.  

Well i could be wrong, but i have only seen two 
cels total of this cartoon since collecting.  
MIGHT just mean it isn't that popular, but i love 
it anyway/
