I ordered from Celga and did have a bit of a 
shipping problem... BUT, I also ordered around 
Christmas and things were hectic.  ^_^;  They had 
a lot of orders.

As for their honesty, which you are basically 
asking about... they are very honest, and you 
WILL get your cels.  It just may take awhile.  
But you will get your cels, no worries... :)
