Yep - I do all my YJP bidding through Celga.  The 
problem you're having is not really typical of 
them -- although sometimes it DOES take them 
awhile to spit out invoices for shipping costs. 
Just relax, I'm sure you'll get it eventually. 
The thing with Celga is you have to be patient - 
they're a small team handling a LOT of orders. To 
give you an idea - I usually won't see an item 
that I won through them until around a month and 
a half or even longer after the auction ends. You 
should usually give them at least 3 weeks to get 
the item into their Japan office, and then 
request shipping which sometimes takes them a 
week or two to get the invoice to you.

The key is to just be patient things often take 
longer than we impatient americans would like -- 
they're a good service, I've been doing business 
with them for 2-3 years now. ^_^
